We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our school mural project is officially complete!

This has been a goal we have worked hard toward all year, and thanks to the incredible support of our families, community members, donors, and everyone who participated in our fundraisers, we are now making this vision a reality.

A very special thank you goes to Andmar, our newest community neighbour, for their incredibly generous donation of $5,000 toward this project. Their support has made a tremendous impact and helped bring this dream within reach.

After careful consideration and extensive research, we selected an artist who we believe is the perfect fit for this project. We are excited to officially welcome Mavik to our school community! Throughout the planning process, he has worked diligently, professionally, and collaboratively with our PAC, and we couldn’t be happier that he brought this mural to life. We also appreciate that he has worked respectfully with local Indigenous artist Jared Deck, helping to ensure meaningful community connection and collaboration throughout the project.

The mural is on the exterior wall of the school closest to our school crosswalk on Promontory Road, providing a beautiful and welcoming feature for students, families, staff, and community members to enjoy for years to come.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every family, volunteer, donor, sponsor, and community supporter who helped make this possible. This mural will be a lasting reflection of the amazing community we have built together.
